This is the second home I designed for this client. (See first home below.) After living in the home below for 10 years, circumstances required a move to a new community. Moving existing furniture to the new home and adding new pieces made the family immediately feel at home. Re-painting, new fixtures, linens and accessories, wood flooring, travertine tile in all baths & fireplace were added to make it uniquely theirs.
Former Home Designed for this client
This project was a complete remodel of a tiny house. My client requested a Tuscan feel and open plan. Vaulted ceilings, arched windows, wood flooring, solid wood doors, hand crafted tiles, custom designed fireplace, appliances & fixtures, hand textured & painted faux finishes and custom furnishings created their Villa. Large gatherings of family and friends occur spontaneously in the free flowing great room, eat-in kitchen, cocktail bar & living area.
